Why it comes out cheaper
A low price usually means something was cut — scope or quality. Not here. The difference comes from four things, and each one is checkable.
The core team is in Osh, not in a capital
The same Next.js, Flutter, and Python as in Moscow, Almaty, or Dubai — but the hourly cost base in Osh is different, lower even than in Bishkek. Geography does not affect code quality; it does affect the invoice.
Much of the team works remotely
There is no large city-centre office whose rent would have to sit inside your quote. And we hire the right person where they are, rather than where they can commute every day.
Nobody sits between you and the engineer
You discuss the task with the person who will build it. There is no account manager relaying your words to the team — and no line for their salary in the quote.
The foundation is already written
Authentication, payments, roles, notifications, exports — all of it runs in our own products. We don't rewrite them on your budget; we carry over what works.
What pushes the price up
Four things explain almost the whole gap between the floor and the final quote.
Integrations with other systems
ERP, banks, payment gateways, logistics. The worse the documentation on the other side, the more the integration costs.
A second platform
iOS and Android together, an admin panel on top of the app, a separate partner portal — each adds its own scope.
Design from scratch
With no brand or mockups, research, a prototype, and a design system are added. With finished mockups this stage is skipped.
A compressed deadline
Launching to a date means several people working in parallel. We will say plainly if the deadline is not realistic.
What the price excludes
- Domain, hosting, and cloud bills
- Third-party licences and subscriptions
- Advertising budget
- Post-launch support — quoted separately
- Work outside the agreed scope
Fixed price or hourly
Fixed price
When the scope is clear up front: a website, a store, a bot. You know the sum before we start, and we carry the risk of a wrong estimate.
Time and materials
When the product changes as it goes: internal systems, long builds, support. We report hours and tasks every week.
Describe your task — we'll come back with an estimate
A couple of questions about the product and the budget. We take it from there: we study the task, propose a solution, and name a deadline.
We reply in 15 minutes during business hours, Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00.
