Who processes your data
PROlab LLC (PROlab Agency) is a software development company registered in the Kyrgyz Republic. We are responsible for everything that happens to data on prolabagency.com and in our CRM.
Any question about this page can be sent to [email protected] — no special form needed.
What we collect
Everything we know about you, you typed in yourself. We run no hidden forms and buy no databases.
- Contact details — name and phone from the price calculator; name, email and phone from the contact form.
- Answers about your task — what you picked in the calculator: project type, scale, design, integrations, deadline, plus your own note.
- Conversations — the messages you send in the site chat.
- Visit statistics — pages opened, time spent, referrer, device and browser. Collected only after you consent to cookies.
We collect no payment data: there is nothing to pay for on the site.
Why
- To answer your request and price your task.
- To run the project: messages, approvals, delivery.
- To see which pages of the site work and which don't.
- To meet legal obligations — keeping contract records, for example.
We don't sell contacts and don't pass them to ad networks. No mailing lists without your consent.
Where it goes
Parts of the site run on external services, and they receive data alongside us:
- PROlab WorkSpace — our own CRM (app.prolabworkspace.com, back.prolabworkspace.com). Every request and chat conversation lands here.
- Anthropic (Claude) — when you use the calculator, your answers and note are sent to the model so it can describe the scope of work. Your name and phone are not sent to the model.
- Google Analytics — visit statistics, with IP anonymisation on.
- Yandex Metrica — visit statistics. Session recording (Webvisor) is a separate checkbox in cookie settings.
- Gmail SMTP — delivers the contact-form message to our inbox.
Beyond that, only PROlab staff running projects can see your request — nobody else.
Cookies
Until you answer the banner, no counter loads at all. The categories are:
- Necessary. Interface language, working forms, and the record of your cookie answer. Can't be switched off — the site doesn't work without them.
- Analytics. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica: how many people, which pages.
- Session recording. Metrica's Webvisor and click map: mouse movement and clicks.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time — the "Cookie settings" link sits in the footer of every page. Withdrawing is as easy as giving.
How long we keep it
Requests and conversations — for the length of the project and three years after delivery: the same term as the NDA, and the same term we must keep contract records. Statistics — per Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica retention. Anything no longer needed is deleted.
Your rights
- Find out what data of yours we hold.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent.
- Get a copy in a machine-readable format.
Write to [email protected] from the email or phone you gave us. We reply within 30 days, free of charge. If we can't delete something — because accounting law requires us to keep it, for instance — we'll say so plainly and tell you exactly what stays.
Security
The site and WorkSpace run over HTTPS. Access to requests is granted per task and revoked when the task ends. Nobody has absolute protection: if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and describe what happened.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data. If such data reached us by mistake, write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes
The site changes and this policy changes with it. The date of the last revision is at the top of this page. We don't publish older versions, but we'll send one on request.
